Geisendorfer received his medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia/Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine, Richmond, VA, and completed his Ophthalmology residency in 2010 at the Krieger Eye Institute at Sinai Hospital, Baltimore, MD.
